Merimon Natural Gas North and Rotem Natural Gas are specialized entities established to plan, implement, operate, and manage a natural gas distribution network in Northern Israel, the Jerusalem area, and Beit Shemesh. They operate under a 25-year Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) agreement granted by the State of Israel.
Merimon Natural Gas North is responsible for the annual distribution of 5.4-7.2 million British Thermal Units (MMBtu) of natural gas. Among its clientele are various industrial facilities, public institutions, and other sectors.
Noy collaborates with Rimon Counsel and Management Services Ltd., serving as partners in both Merimon and Rotem.
