The Northern extension of Israel's National Toll Road stands as an exceptional BOT project, entailing the financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a toll highway in the northern region of Israel, with a concession period spanning 34 years.

Having commenced operations in 2019, this project comprises two integral sections: Section 7, extending from Yokneam interchange to Tel Kashish interchange, and Section 3, connecting Tel Kashish interchange to Somech interchange. Together, these sections span a total length of 30 kilometers, featuring a Tier 1 highway road, six interchanges, and two substantial tunnels measuring a combined 5 kilometers in length.
