Moshe Klein

Finance Manager

 Moshe has been serving as a finance manager at Noy Fund since 2021. Prior to joining the Fund, Moshe served as a controller and CFO of a subsidiary at Hutchison Water Group, where he was responsible for budget management versus execution, editing financial reports, financial conduct with banks, and investment assessment while using financial models to determine investment feasibility and Economic Internal Rate of Return (EIRR).

Before working at Hutchison Water Group, Moshe served as a Supervisor at PwC in the audit sector, specializing in hotels, communications, pharmaceuticals, and technology companies. Moshe is a CPA who holds a BA in Business Management with a specialization in accounting and business technology, which he graduated with excellence, and an MBA graduate majoring in finance from the College of Management Academic Studies.
