Gil Raveh is the Fund's legal adviser. Gil is a founding partner at Raveh Haber & Co. Advocates and specialized in tax, investment funds and international joint ventures. Gil's investment fund practice focuses on formation and operation of investment funds, representation of institutional investors in their investments in investment funds and in the formation of feeder funds and parallel investment vehicles; representation of foreign gate keepers in their Israeli activity; and representation of Israeli entities in international joint ventures. Gil's tax practice focuses on international taxation, and representation of high net-worth individuals (including, in connection with trusts, cross-border inheritance and compensation matters, and pre-immigration planning).

Gil holds a B.A in Economics and a LL.B from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem and LL.M (tax) with Distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C
