Amit serves as Noy Fund’s General Counsel since 2021, bringing forth expertise in project finance, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Prior to joining the Fund, Amit served as an associate at Gornitzky & Co, one of Israel’s leading law firms. In this capacity, Amit represented major Israeli and international corporations, providing legal counsel for extensive national infrastructure projects in the fields of energy, renewable energy, transportation, desalination and waste.

Amit's educational background includes an LL.B and a B.A. degree in Management from Tel-Aviv University. She has been a member of the Israeli Law Bar since 2012.
